greetings. as we progress into icecrown citadel, an instance that will require more than one raid a week to learn and clear, raid scheduling is going to become an issue. if we are going to be serious about getting anywhere in icc25, we will need to raid at least two nights a week. our first 25 night will continue to be tuesday. the second night will likely be thursday, but we may adjust that based on attendance. 25 person raids will always take priority over 10 person raids.
in order to facilitate multiple 10 person raids during the week without conflicting raids, those organizing raids will need to have visibility into who is scheduling what when. therefore, when creating an event, please mass invite everyone at the organizer level so that raids are not over scheduled. i understand that there are a few groups that consistently run together, and that is fine, but people still need to be aware of all the raids that are scheduled during the week.
for those not aware, to mass invite people, click the mass invite button at the bottom of the event window, then select organizer as the minimum rank and click accept.
finally, for those who are interested in raiding icc but are not scheduled in any group, please express your interest to an organizer or officer.
