FA is not dying.

Post by thandrenn »

Officer chat + a meeting is still going on to hammer stuff down exactly, but to hopefully answer some of the questions people have asked me:

Forged Alliance is not dying. We not disbanding. We're not stopping raiding. A few people have left or moved their mains out, yes. However the majority is still here.

25 mans as a guild is probably out of the question (aside from VOA), but with Tuesday and Thursday now freed up, we have more room for 10 mans.

I highly encourage people who haven't gotten the opportunity to raid to either join Andrew's newly forming group or one of the other groups that will be forming shortly.

Last night I ran on my crappy Hunter with a partial FA/Crisis TOC 10 man and we full cleared in less than an hour. We still had our original flasks and food buffs at the end. So it's not a huge commitment and can be a lot of fun.

Those of you really really wanting to still do 25's, keep an eye out in guild. Every now and then Andrew, Namas or Tinker have spots in their raids and with some of ex-FAers in Masquers, we may have opportunities there.

I look forward to having fun with you guys in the future.

I'm very happy to see a this positive outlook on FA raiding. I know there may be some hurt feelings about Jason and I leaving, but it was only to have the opportunity to do some more raiding. I finally was able to experience a full ToC 10 man clear this week which surprisingly enough was my first. I don't hold anything against anyone in FA and I still consider myself to be a part of it. If I hear of any spots we are looking to fill in any of our 25 mans, I will definitely recommend any of you guys in FA. I love you all and keep your positive attitudes going cause that is the glue that will help hold FA together (not that I was ever worried about the guild disbanning).
