So ya, I was just wondering has anyone else had gathered the 25 saronite for the quest to get Shadow's Edge? I have all the badges now to convert to get the saronite but just checking with everyone else before I commit. Now that we are starting ICC 25's as a guild and the shards will be dropping for Shadowmourne only after you do this quest. So its kinda like the mace from Ulduar but someone has to spend a lot o cash to start getting the fragments. Just tossing it out there for discussion.

none can wield frostmourne, lest they become the new lich king!!! although it would be convenient to have our own lich king hanging around 
shadowmourne on the other hand...
it is remarkable, to say the least, that you've collected that many badges already. i suspect that no one else is even close, but if there is anyone else interested please speak up. theoretically we still have a little time to decide before we get to the point where anyone can get far enough in the quest line that shards will drop, but i see no reason why you can't be "the chosen one"
we'll see how things go in icc25 and hopefully get a better idea of how likely it will be for us to accomplish the entire process required to forge shadowmourne before you drop all those badges on saronite.

Well the quest to get the blood I think we can accomplish rather quickly. Most pugs I've ran with can down Saurfang and we have lots o ten man raids going that have downed Festergut. 25's seem to have more room for error. Not that we'd want to have more errors . The rest will come sooner or later via lots of attempts along with the certain nerfs . Our biggest thing has been getting the manpower but with all the ToC 25 lately there seems to be a lot of interest. Plus its winter It sucks to be outside.
