I wont allow things to happen to me in the manner they have. I am not going to drag this all out again, because this guild is Ofies and Thandrenns to run as they see fit, and anything i have to say doesnt fit into to that.
In the years i have been here i have had good times, and i always gave what i had to give.

Traditionally in guilds I have been in, people that give bad attitudes when asked to sit out tend to not get invited to the next raid. Not really anything new on Thandrenn's part. Just saying.

But seriously, Eric is right. Humility generally plays a big part in giving what you have to give, and when you won't let people forget for a day how much you sacrifice for the guild it gets old. The massively public and drawn out display of removing your alts and yourself didn't help your case either.
Contrary to what you may think (and I don't care if you believe it), I never had it "out" for you. The only thing about you that annoyed me was you whining about stuff non-stop. You made most of these decisions for yourself, so please don't try to make other people feel guilty about it. Good luck with wherever you end up going.

We do not yet have enough people for our own guild 25 mans.
Thusly we must continue to run with an honor our agreement with Benediction. We have a limited number of spots, 12-13 usually.
I know a lot of people have taken issue with an even stopped coming due to problems with a few Benediction people. You left the raid in a rather ugly manner last week. This doesn't look good for Forged Alliance. The kind of behavior I expect from pugs, not from fellow guildies.
You were ASKED to step out of the raid because you were lagging (by your own admission!) and doing poor DPS. Not just poor, you were being out damaged by the tanks. #20 on the damage meter for that fight. Then you spazzed and whined and complained about it and tossed out conspiracy theories that I was singling you our personally.
Tonight I came on and found 17 people or so accepted for our 12 spots. You didn't get first invite because of how you left the raid last week and the ensuing drama on the forum. If we would've had empty FA-reserved spots, I eventually would've invited you, but we did not. All FA spots were filled and I even had 2 people (besides you) on stand by. You weren't the only one that we couldn't get in.
Instead of being cool about it like the other two, you decided to pout, and leave the guild. That's your choice. Good luck in your new guild.

Since I haven't been raiding 25's I now have the luxury of being impartial. Honestly I can see it from both sides. Higher performance expectations have been needed for along time. If a raid member wasn't pulling their own weight for whatever reason then the powers that be, whoever they are, have a right and a duty to the rest of the raid to make it right.
With all that said, the way this situation was handled was not so hot. Now you lose one of your most dependable raiders. Where was the "Class Lead" (or whatever you want to call it) that should have been there offering tips and advice? If we don't have one for that particular class then recruit.
