Naxx 25 Loot Issues

There's been some sore feelings regarding my recent (the last 2 raid nights) distribution of Tanking loot and I felt I need to clarify something. The past two nights I've been overridden normal offspec loot rules in favor of gearing up Aggrocity and Vegigirl's tanking sets - both of which need upgrades. As Raid Leader I decided to place the loot where I believed it would most benefit the guild. Between people wanting to bring alts in and Real-Life, we're down maybe 4 tanks or so. I'd like to have those that are remaining geared up. I KNOW Aggrocity and Vegigirl are willing to tank and are constistently raiding with us. There may be other people out there that have a desire to Tank but haven't because in the past we've been overfull on tanks. I'm not a Mind Reader. Let me know. [Edit] Another thing. For high demand items and Tier Tokens I'm always going to call out Main Spec interest first. The use of /roll is just to give me an indication of who is interested. If no people reply within 5-10 seconds I'm going to open it up for Offspec. We like to get through the looting process as fast as possible so we can get on to killing stuff. Please evaluate loot as soon as you see it and be on the ball with /rolls.

 Somebody bitching about loot besides me?! Perposterous!! On one hand I would say that I agree with you that we need to gear up our new tanks since old ones aren't able to come atm. On the other hand I would say rules are rules and it's not fair to others. However, Thandrenn is probably one of the most fair and unbiased people in this guild, so if anyone is going to make a decision to shift gear then I feel most comfortable with him.

I don't have a problem with that, I think it's probably a good thing. We already take too long to hand out naxx loot IMO. People need to pay attention to what's going on, especially if they want loot.
