GM Ticket for Item Transfer Format

I was able to GM ticket transfer a libram from Inori to Jazzmynn in under an hour. Use the following concise format to facilitate a rapid response.

Please transfer the Libram of Resurgence from Inori to Jazzmynn. This item was mistakenly master looted to Inori after a Gluth (heroic) kill on the Destromath server at approximately 10:10PM on 2/26/09.

That's it. It contains the:

Names of the characters involved,
Name of the item,
Server involved (since the 'item specialists' most likely cover more than one realm),
Time of incident.

I include the name of the boss and difficulty level so that they can look it up quickly.
