Withdrawing from Raiding

Post by Vegimity »

AS many of you have seen my internet seems to have issues from time to time and tends to disconnect in Boss fights. I guess i owe everyone an appology for having to pull my weight when this happens. I have tried to do the right thing and offer to withdraw when this happens but unfortunately there is not always someone to replace me. I come to raids and try to give it all i have but i cant change my internet provider yet as i am on contract. So the other resolution i guess is to not raid anymore. I will come if you need an extra body but i cant gaurantee that my internet will function properly. It seems to be fine most of the time. Sorry if this issue has caused problems in the past and i hope i can do other things with people outside of raids. I will be getting a new internet provider in August and i plan on being able to raid more than. Thanks for all your patients it really has been fun.

Who's your provider? Do I what I used to do and write nasty little notes on your bill when you mail it in. I would tell them that they were all F*heads and threaten to burn down their building if they didn't fix my connection. Luckily it never burnt down because I woulda been the prime suspect.
Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... me.

My provider is Clearwire Internet. It is a stupid little tower i connect to my computer that is supposed to be this awesome wave of the future internet service. Or at least that is how they sold it to me. Since i signed up, i have come to find out that it blows chunks (no pun intended Chuunks). Trust me no one is more frustrated with it than i am. My wife knows when i get DC'd cuz she hears me yellin at it from the other room. And if i told them once again that i am having issues all they do is tell me to bring in the tower and replace it with a new one. Tried that once and still have the same results. Funny too because i live right by one of their towers so i should be getting awesome connection.

So a word to the wise.....DONT EVER GET CLEARWIRE INTERNET SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
