Baby life

Post by coree »

Lately Jordan has made it a habit to wake up between 10-11pm server time. I know this is an inconvenience during raid so I just wanted y'all's opinion on what you want to do. If you want to replace me with a more reliable healer I would totally understand because I know it's not fair for everyone to have to wait around while I try to get her back to sleep. Not only is it unfair but it takes away valuable progression time. Let me know your input. Like I said, I won't be offended in anyway. If you feel it will benifit our group by finding another healer I am considering turning my account off for the time being and just taking a little break. If the short down time in raid isn't an issue then I look forward to kicking some more Heroic trash with our awesome group :) Just let me know either way.

Just budget the raid time as 7:30-10 is progression, 10-10:30 is farm.

i would say that's up to you, if you think it's better for jordan, then that is understandable so no worries, but otherwise the downtime doesn't bother me personally at the moment for a few reasons. first, the time it would take to find another healer of your caliber and / or teach someone not to suck is probably a lot more than 10 or 15 minutes here or there. second, we're at a bit of a wall anyway, so we can spend our time getting our faces smashed in or /dancing and it doesn't make much of a difference. that may or may not be the case in a few weeks, but we'll worry about that then. third, losing another druid would put us even further below our durid quota ;)

besides, if we follow the standard last in first out rule, you should put jason on baby duty so you can raid since you've been around longer :o

Well if it doesn't bother everyone else I won't worry about it then. I am sure this is just a "phase" she is going through that she will hopefully get over soon. Putting Jason on baby duty doesn't always work cause sometimes she will only go to bed for me. If it does become an issue, please dont hesitate to tell me

We should just shift our start time by 15minutes and end at 10:15 to reduce the likelihood of interruptions. But there's probably people who can't make it online until 7:30.

But I guess it's not a big deal anyways. Don't worry about it too much.

Ya, that wouldn't make much of a difference in my situation cause the lil stinker has been waking up right in the middle of raid ;)

Oh but you said around 10-11pm; so I thought shortening the time from 10-10:30 would help.

Sorry, my mistake she has been waking up between 8-9 pm server time. I was thinking we were an hour behind server time rather than an hour ahead. I get confused easily
