So, looking at the patch coming, we have 6-8 weeks probably to finish the current content.
It may be time to start thinking about extending raid lockouts soon, but we probably don't want
to do that while people still need a lot of loot for their mainspec. I was thinking we should
create a "wish list" for everyone's main spec in the raid. Please list the items you
are hoping to get for your mainspec ONLY still on the 9 non-end bosses, so we can
see how close we are getting to being able to extend lockouts and push Nef/Al'akir/Cho'gall.

Please include the item name, boss it drops from, and the wowhead link. I will update the main list here.

Yeah, when it comes down to it, I don't really "need" anything on my list either. I'd pretty much be willing to just go at this point.

However, ultimately that is Jim's decision. I think there are a couple people in the group who could use a few slots still.

I take it back... apparently (and this is awkward for me) maintankadin and wow forums are saying the Valiona agility neck is best until I can get the nefarion hit/mastery strength neck. So..... kind of odd but alright.

Also with that said, it is recommended that I have 4pc for some fights but for others its best if I had the BoE tanking shoulders from BoT and the tanking legs from Al'akir for most other fights leaving me with 2pc set bonus + more mastery. So I'll be looking like a loot hog grabbing tier shoulders, boe shoulders, and al'akir legs even though I have tier legs.

This is very easy for me to say due to the fact that I don't share my tier token with any of our regular tanks in this group.
However, as we start killing tier token bosses, I would be in favor of passing gear to the tanks/heals first. This is a fairly
standard practice amongst progression guilds.

However like I said, easy for me to say so just my 2 cents.

I guess since I don't have mana problems on these fights, I get last dibs on pally/priest/warlock token eh? Looks like I'll be sporting ugly shoulders for a while then.

Yeah, healers tanks first for tier imo.

I used to agree with you guys but good ol Lore said that really isn't all that big of a deal nowdays. If we were going to designate loot to anyone then we should maybe designate it to the people who needed it the most. But really we already semi-do that.
