Region-wide BGs, larger Battlegroups

Since Echo Isles and Destromath are in separate data centers its unlikely that they'll be grouped together for the Random Dungeon Tool, *but* these changes they're making make me hopefully that one day we'll be able to queue for dungeons with Battle.net friends on different realms. This is a step towards that, imo.
In either case, I'll definitely have a chance of seeing Destro players on the battleground in those rare case I do BGs
