Here is a link to a wowinsider article. Basically if your account gets hacked now, you get a little care package with 2500 gold 2 emblems of frost and 10 triumph badges for every day you had to wait for the package. If you don't accept it, you have to wait in a long que of days or weeks to have your account restored (hopefully). Also there is talk of requiring all accounts to have an authenticator...
