Suggestions are welcome. There's a couple stickys (I'm thinking specifically of the "Before you apply READ THIS FIRST") that could use some updating too. Name:

If it's misshapen you really should have that looked at right away ... But if there is hair growing out of it, you're probably fine.

I don't know Lonara so I'm not defending her or anything. But I think her answers in the recruitment thread show how the application needs a little clarification. Maybe something like:

Members (or "Raiders") are expected to bring consumables to raids. In the following categories what consumable would you bring and why?
- Flask/(2)Elixir
- Well Fed
- Potion

We can strike the "and why?" part at the end if you want to but I feel that instead of sneakily trying to ask them if they know their shit we could actually just ask them if they know their shit. Maybe it's not needed for most classes, but ask them when they plan to use the potion or trinkets or w/e.
