Invites go out at 7:30 sharp. If you are going to be late (less than ~15 minutes late) and you are someone who is a consistent raider, post in the forum that you will be a bit late and the raid leader will know and try to hold a spot for you, assuming the group makeup allows for it. Starting late means less bosses and its frustrating because as soon as 7:35 rolls around and the raid is not full, people go afk to do other stuff so now we are realistically looking at starting at 8 and thats not fair to people who need to leave at 11:00 (our scheduled end time). This is why we have been recruiting, so we consistently have MORE than 25 people available each night. This means some people will have to sit out, and thats how its going to be. We end at 11:00, or perhaps a bit later if people are up to it. Chuunks has posted before, but its your responsibility to find a substitute if you need to jet (emergencies happen of course, we understand).

I'm just about always going to be logging in between 7:45 - 8pm unless the train is late, then I may end up later. I've had to change my daily schedule around so that I have enough time to work, hit the gym, and raid every day. I've started waking up at 4:30am just to be able to do all so I can get in shape for the bachelor party (and I guess the wedding), but because I get out late, I'm usually rushing to get into the raid.

I guess this is a good spot to say that I won't be around tonight or tomorrrow night. Tonight I have probably 5 hours of studying to do for 2 finals tomorrow Tomorrow is my 21st so I think it is safe to say I will be taking place in some other fun activities tomorrow night

Happy birthday Rock. Have fun killing those braincells
As I've posted and told many times, and as many people already know - I will almost always be "late". I typically don't get home from work until 7:30 server time. And then it takes a few minutes to change, takeout the garbage, throw some leftovers in the microwave and jump on.
