Once again, I'm experiencing internet problems. My download speed is extremely slow while my upload seems fine. I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix it by tonight.

I called my ISP and they're saying it's an outage that's affecting everybody in my area. Services would be back to normal by 1 AM, so I can't really make it tonight .
