Forged Alliance

I'll still be having a raid group. We've got a lot of movement within the guild so it looks like I'm going to have open spots. Raids are still Sun/Mon 7:00 - 11:00. We are focused in the sense that I want the same 11 people bringing the same 11 toons as much as possible. If we got one person that can only make it to raids on Mondays that would be helpful because we already have a person that can only make it to raids on Sundays. After that a steady alternate would be nice to find, but hopefully this position can be filled by someones alt that would know content and could make do with less gear. This tier I'm going to try real hard to keep from bringing 20 different people to a 10 man group so make sure you are able to commit to the times before you sign up. There are lots of new games coming out and WoW is getting older, don't feel bad if you don't have the time or desire to commit to the game/guild/group that you used too. That said, I would love to have everyone back with a little more determination this time around so that progression is more fun and less stress. That means coming prepared.

I don't know where I stand. Instead of secret backroom chat whispers I will come out and publicly admit I have been fairly frustrated with the level of play in this group. I don't expect perfection but there has been some really inexcusable shit going on lately. I also admit I have let it get to me a few times and get kinda cranky, so I apologize.

I'm not looking for a hardcore experience necessarily, but weekly consistency, minimum competence to understand your class and how it works would be nice. I don't really know if that means I end up in Benvolo's new group or if I stay here. Maybe I should find a WoW time out corner somewhere.

We need another person for MONDAY nights only. The bonus means you get in on Heroic kills and always get to clean up tier gear from Domo and Rag. Post if you're down.

If Shawn can't raid on Monday, you can always just pick another raid night like Wed, Fri, or Sat.

He can't raid any of those nights either. His wife only allows him one night a week and it has to be Sundays. Any other time you see him on (which is often) he is sneaking time.

It'd be really helpful and handy if one of the guys from Jeff's group wanted to be our 11th man to fill in on Monday nights. Draven said he can help out some nights but he isn't always off work in time. If someone else is conditional like this and wants to help out, speak up.
