Yes, GREAT JOB!  this week!  Once again, it took much longer for group 1 to get Netherspite down.  Thanks all for sticking in for the fight!  Next week as it goes, I will not be running unless something comes up with those on the list.  I will have someone else lead the group.  Perhaps Thandrenn, unless that is too much to tank and Raid lead-- I havent tried it b4 so I am not sure.  If he does that perhaps Vannan or Mahatma can start early sending invites out.   With the speed of knowledge, there isnt any reason why we shouldnt be able to get a full clear in very soon, even with just the few hours per raid night.

I can multitask. Tank, Raid Lead and insult Paul & Drp at the same time? Yeah, I can do that.

Fantastic Job all!  A couple of notes I took on beam tanking... Green Beam:  If you are in the green beam (I am looking in your direction druids), you should be in cat form and dps'ing the hell out of him.  The buff you get from the beam reduces the energy cost of your abilities by like 50% and you are going to be behind him or to the side, so you should be tearing him apart.  Also, it is customary for a healer to step into the beam behind you to get the +heal buff and reduced mana cost on spells, but they must exit the beam at like 4 or 5 stacks to prevent exhaustion from the designated green beam tank for that phase.Blue Beam:  Make sure and refresh your dots once you are at max stack of the buff, as they will tick for massive amounts of damage.
